Event details

Sikh traditions originated in the Punjab at the end of the 15th century. The first Sikhs arrived in New Zealand in the late 1800s, with the community growing substantially in the last 50 years.

Visit a Sikh Temple and hear stories from one of the Temple's founding families, who have been in New Zealand for five generations.
